I’m Leigh, and I help women break free from chronic aches, pains, and vitality issues.

Over the last 20 years, I have run a boutique coaching and training studio and online program where I have had the privilege of transforming my clients’ physical pain and fears of a life of diminishing vitality and limited movement into a life of feeling strong and confident about their body, and their future.  

Stress isn't a stranger to you. You can juggle a lot of things well, but now your body is calling for your attention, and you don't know what to do.

  • You don’t feel well rested, and you’re not bouncing back like you used to.

  • You are an " on-the-go” person, and your body isn’t keeping up with the demands of your life.

At first it started small, right?

A pain here, an ache there, a little Advil most days turned into a series of fruitless doctor’s appointments.

You’ve got a lot going on, so it’s easy to ignore this for a while.

But then, the pain comes back, it gets stronger, and the whole situation seems to get worse, and living this way becomes intolerable for a go-getter like yourself.

I’ve seen this countless times. In fact, most of my clients are the tricky cases that chiropractors, physicians and massage therapists refer to me. So I know first hand what it’s like to try everything.

But here’s the thing: Your pain and inflammation will likely continue to get worse until you get to the root of the issue.

And the root of the issue is more than just finding the right exercise plan, fixing your back, finding a magic pill, or resorting to surgery.

I'm a Corrective Exercise Specialist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and I offer an integrative approach to reclaim your vitality & enjoy your life again!

 I utilize the best of my training and years of experience as a Health and Wellness Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Neuromuscular Therapist to help you overcome the chronic pain cycle and live a life that you love.
